All of our e-bikes come fully charged upon rental start. Out entire fleet of e-bikes have removable batteries. We will show you how to remove the battery so you can take it up to your apartment, hotel or Air BnB to charge it over night. It is as simple as plugging in a laptop to charge it. If your battery is completely dead, charging time takes about 6 hours to have a full charge.

3

What is the average range on electric bikes and how fast do they go?

We will use the law of averages on range as many factors including slope, wind drag, weight of the rider, terrain etc. all play a part in calculating the distance. Also note that the 90% of Tulum roads have a max speed limit of 35KM/h.

Our White Electric bikes have an average range of about 30KM before needing to be charged. This assumes you do NO peddling. The top end speed is 32KM/h.

Out larger black Moto system bikes have an average range of about 45KM's before needing to be charged. This assume you do NO peddeling.
