I rented a regular bike for seven days and then I rented an electric bike for seven more days. I definitely highly recommend if you’re doing longer stays going with the electric bike. It was definitely beneficial and saved me money on taxis. I came to Tulum six years ago and used the same bike shop. It now has a new owner who is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience with Bike Tulum! We rode their e-bikes, which made exploring super easy and fun. The location was convenient, and the team was very friendly with pleasant service throughout. They gave us great local tips, the prices were fair, and the rental process was smooth.

Best place to get bikes! Our family of four had access to three bikes but we needed one for our 10 year old. They hooked us up and took time to adjust everything to suit my daughter. She had a fantastic time on the bike! Their gear is 100% better than the rusty hotel bikes! Great price and easy transaction. If we are ever back in Tulum we will be renting from here! Thanks again!
